Projects
As part of my Brand Marketing & Communications coursework, I worked collaboratively in a small consulting group on a series of three-week brand projects where we worked closely with emerging brands to analyze their current strategy, identify opportunities for growth, and develop actionable recommendations. Although these were class-based projects, our groups approached them as a real client experience, culminating in a formal presentation to the founders. These projects allowed me to strengthen my skills in brand storytelling, market research, communication strategy, and creative direction all while supporting founders in refining their vision.

Brand & Market Communications
Consultation Project, Fall 2025
In a three-week group consultation project, my team and I worked with Sizzl, an interactive cooking and lifestyle brand, to refine its brand identity and communication strategy. We conducted market and competitor research, identified gaps in audience engagement, and clarified the brand’s core messaging. Together, we developed strategic recommendations focusing on storytelling, interactive content, and positioning Sizzl as a playful, experience-driven platform. Our project concluded with a group presentation to the founder, where we delivered our insights and proposed next steps to strengthen the brand’s long-term growth.

Brand & Market Communications
Consultation Project, Fall 2025
For another three-week group consultation, my team partnered with TogaNola, a Saratoga-based granola brand known for its bold flavors and empowering personality. We evaluated the brand’s identity, customer experience, and competitive space to better understand its strengths and opportunities. Our group collaborated on refining TogaNola’s brand voice, enhancing key messaging, and identifying marketing strategies aligned with their “bold, healthy, and a little bit sassy” positioning. We also explored audience segmentation and digital storytelling opportunities. The project concluded with a formal team presentation to the founder, where we shared actionable recommendations for future brand development. Though completed as a course project, this consultation provided real-world experience in strategic branding and communication.

Lululemon Market Expansion Strategy Project
Lululemon: $ 1 Billion Revenue Growth Solution, Spring 2023
In this team-based strategic challenge, we were tasked with creating a plan that could increase Lululemon’s revenue by $1 billion, without relying on any of the company’s existing initiatives. After extensive research into consumer behavior, market trends, and emerging athletic niches, my group identified a powerful untapped opportunity: the equestrian performance market.
We proposed the creation of a Lululemon Equine Line, a specialized apparel and accessory collection designed for riders who value high-quality, durable, and performance-enhancing gear. Our concept aligned naturally with Lululemon’s brand identity, leveraging the overlap between their current customer base and the equestrian community.
Our final proposal included:
-
a comprehensive market and consumer analysis
-
a proposed product line (performance leggings, riding tops, outerwear, accessories)
-
competitive positioning within the equestrian apparel space
-
pricing, branding, and launch strategy
-
projected revenue modeling supporting the $1B growth target
We presented this project during a formal, professional showcase evaluated by judges from various companies and business backgrounds. Their feedback emphasized the creativity, feasibility, and strong strategic foundation of our proposal. This experience strengthened my skills in market analysis, creative problem-solving, teamwork, and large-scale strategic planning.
